The screening package includes a personal interview, child care aptitude questionnaire, health summary, child care references, verification of employment and much more.

You may feel uncomfortable asking difficult questions, and scrutinizing someone you have grown to trust about their past performance and personal integrity. You may not have the time or desire to research old employers, talk to references, previous education on your nanny candidate.
