Are you looking for a nanny job with a supportive, caring family? We are known to nannies as, "the nanny agency that listens to you."
We have a nanny network/support network where nannies meet and go on outings with their charges (to the zoo, museums, swimming, etc) as well meet during an evening out for coffee or dinner and a movie....without their charges.
Each nanny must meet minimum requirements before going through a rigid screening and interviewing process.
Please review the following requirements and then complete the on-line nanny application:
• CPR and first-aid certificates (able to obtain within first 30 days of employment with family)
• Must be able to work in the United States
• Picture Identification (Drivers License, Passport)
• Licensed driver for at least 3 years
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Have your own reliable transportation
• Two years previous childcare experience. Our reference checkers must be able to
talk to your previous employers and conduct a reference check on you.
• Excellent References
Unlike other agencies, we don’t just fax your application to a family without giving you the details of the job first.
Once you have been offered a position from a family we will perform the following background checks:
You do NOT pay for any of the checks. We are one of the few agencies that DO NOT conduct a credit check. Did you know that every time you allow someone to conduct a credit check it lowers your FICA score?
