Cindy has a personal and caring approach to finding the best nanny to meet all of your families needs. She has made it company policy to meet and interview each and every nanny representing All About Nannies. Cindy oversees all aspects of each nanny’s progress with the company. Every nanny profile you receive is created by Cindy and her staff, compiled and written after the nanny’s in-person interview. As a former career nanny and the mother of six, Cindy understands the dynamics of a household. Every client and nanny is given the attention and respect they deserve.
Cindy’s years of experience include: mother of six, teaching assistant in elementary education, owner of a licensed Washington state daycare/preschool, Pre-K lead teacher for a private preschool, and as a Career Nanny specializing in twins. It is her love of being a nanny that has brought her the greatest satisfaction in the field of child care. She has been a nanny for 13 families during her professional career as well as having summer nannies for her own children. Her business experience includes retail management for Allied Stores and A & H Hallmark Corporation, and Director/Founder of Best Buddies Learning Center.
Cindy's unique background enables her to screen for the most qualified nannies. Her direct understanding of what it takes to work in a household as an employee allows her to interview and screen for nannies who can work in the finest of homes, providing the best care with professionalism and confidentiality. Only 1 out of 20 applicants makes it to an in person interview with Cindy. Out of those applicants, only one in five becomes a representative for All About Nannies. Cindy is dedicated to finding the best nannies in Arizona to provide excellent care for your children.
Since 1984 Ms. Russell has owned and managed her own accounting and business-consulting firm. She started her career providing bookkeeping and payroll support to small businesses in and around the city of Phoenix, Arizona. Later, she expanded into the tax preparation and tax planning field. Ms. Russell is certified to support many accounting software packages. After many years of working with businesses her professional experience grew to encompass many other areas of expertise including Human Resource Management, Property Management, and Medical Practice Administration.

Merrilea Formoso
Nanny Coordinator
Merrilea Formoso is the Nanny Coordinator for All About Nannies. Merrilea has experience as a nanny in the Seattle and Gig Harbor areas of Washington State and as the manager of All About Nannies Washington for 5 years. She has over 16 years experience working with children and their families.
Merrilea earned her Bachelor of Science in Speech and Hearing Sciences from the University of Washington. This degree enabled her to work in the public school system as a speech-language pathology assistant. In this field she has worked with the general and special education populations ages 3 to 21. Merrilea is educated in the use of American Sign Language. She in fact uses sign language with her own children as an alternate means of communication.
Brittney Cosentino

Brittney Cosentino has been working with All About Nannies for 5 years as a nanny in households throughout the valley. Brittney has experience as a Newborn Care Provider, Nanny to twins and as a Household Manager for high profile families. Because Brittney is so honest and caring we have hired her to do the reference checking for our new hires and returning nannies.
Brittney is currently residing in Chandler with her family and her two dogs, Bodie and Mackie. She has studied at the College of DuPage in Wheton, Illinois.
