A nanny search begins with you. You start by completing and signing the All About Nannies Service Agreement and by telling us about your family and your child care needs using the Family Application. Be as descriptive as possible. The better we get to know your family, the better we can find the perfect solution for your childcare needs. All About Nannies does not collect the registration fee until we are positive we have nannies to meet your needs. Hiring a nanny through All About Nannies is easy.
1. Fax or mail in both the Family Application and the Service Agreement to All About Nannies.
2. Our coordinator will answer any of your questions and describe to you the hiring process in more detail. If you wish to schedule a personal interview with our coordinator, you would do so at this time.
3. You will receive via email from All About Nannies the most suitable nanny portfolios for your review. You should contact each nanny candidate directly, set up an interview and communicate to us your progress. Most families interview in their home. Some applicants and families prefer a neutral setting.
4. Once you have selected an applicant, made an offer, and the applicant accepts, fill out and return via fax the “Intent to Hire" form located in your welcome packet that was mailed to you. All About Nannies will then send you the nanny’s background check and conduct a spot drug screening to ensure that candidate is ready for employment.
Rates
To hire a temporary or permanent nanny, you will be charged an application processing fee. Instead of charging a typical placement fee of up to 10% of the nanny's annual salary once you select your nanny, we charge a one-time placement fee ranging from $250 to $1600, depending on the type of nanny you are looking for. Final placement fees are to be collected once the nanny has been selected, working interviews completed, the nanny has accepted the position and the “Intent to Hire” forms are complete. Our nannies rates start at $10 per hour.
