| Agency Guarantees: | We at AAN believe in our nannies and their dedication to their work, therefore we offer a one time, one year replacement for permanent hires. This option starts from the nanny's date of hire to a full 365 days. For the first 6 months you pay no re-registration fee nor a placement fee. After 6 months you would be required to pay the registration fee, but no placement fee will be collected during this grace period. A temporary nanny will be offered to cover the schedule until a new nanny is selected for your family. No fees will be charged by the company, but you will need to pay the temporary nanny her $14 per hour during this time. After one year a returning client can expect to pay registration fees and receive a 10% discount on any type of hire. If a client chooses to hire a nanny who previously was hired as a temporary nanny than 50% of the original temp fees will be applied to the permanent hire amount. |
