If your family is not completely satisfied with the nanny you have selected and hired, simply call us within the guarantee period, and All About Nannies will present new nanny profiles for you to review until a replacement is found. Important Information for Nanny Placements

All About Nannies does require a valid credit card kept on file with your application.
Nanny salaries: The hourly rate for nannies in the Phoenix area is $10 to $16 per hour and is negotiable between the Nanny and the Family. Each family will set the hourly rate they wish to pay. Hourly rates for Companions, Housekeepers, House Managers, Chefs and Personal Assistants vary.
A 1-5 day Working Interviews with Candidates of interest, is recommended. A $20 per day agency fee will be applied for those candidates you schedule working interviews with that you do not hire. All working interviews must be completed in a two week period. Working interview fees apply to replacement candidates, also.
A Working Agreement must be completed and signed by both Family and Nanny (or Household Manager, Personal Assistant, Companion or Housekeeper) to obtain the All About Nannies One Lifetime Replacement Guarantee (nannies) or One Free Replacement for first 365 days (all others). All Working Agreements must be faxed or mailed to the All About Nannies offices within 4 weeks after the Nanny’s first day of work. Working agreements are provided in your All About Nannies “Welcome Packet”.
Agency fees are non-refundable.

Important Information for Babysitter Clients

There is ALWAYS a 4 hour minimum for sitters. The agency fee is due once a sitter has been scheduled and confirmed. Agency fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy: Sitter cancellations must be made with 48 hours notice or the client is charged the 4 hour minimum for each day the sitter is scheduled to work.
Babysitters average $12 - $14 per hour for 3 or less children, more on holidays.
