Agency Fee Schedule:

All About Nannies specializes in household staffing. We focus our attention on career nannies, newborn care providers, house managers, housekeepers, tutors and personal assistants. We serve families in Arizona only; this is an Arizona grown company. The agency owner personally selects each nanny candidate that you interview. 

Registration Fees:

All About Nannies collects a registration fee to start the process of searching for your part time or full time nanny. Registration fees apply to temporary or permanent nanny searches only. Start this process by filling out our online family profile under Families, titled Hire a Nanny. Our agency agreement will be sent to you once we have nanny candidates for you to interview. Registration fees for hiring a permanent nanny are $125.

Sitter Fees:

All About Nannies charges $25 dollars per day to hire a sitter. Fees for overnight care, sick childcare and less than 24 hours notice are $30 per day. All sitters from All About Nannies are currently working for families of All About Nannies as either temp nannies or permanent nannies. No registration fee is collected for sitters.

All About Nannies does offer “Month to Month” weekend and evening sitters at a reduced rate, $50 per month. You can use your “Month to Month” sitter for any evening or weekend during the month you select. All sitters are screened nannies working through All About Nannies. You are able to choose the nanny you prefer as your “Month to Month” sitter. You may cancel this service at any time. A registration fee of $35 does apply.

Temp Nannies:

At All About Nannies we offer Temp nannies for families needing limited service. You can hire a nanny for 1, 3, 6 or 9 months. Please contact the office to discuss which option best fits your family’s needs. These services start at $350 per month. Each additional month adds $100 to the agency fee. A one-time registration fee of $75 does apply to hiring a temp nanny.

Permanent Nanny:

All About Nannies has a final placement fee of $975 for hiring a part time or full time nanny for your family. This placement fee is collected after you have interviewed, done working interviews and selected your new nanny. Placement fees are not re-occurring. They are collected one time only for the caregiver you select. Each placement comes with a free 1-year replacement guarantee. Returning clients will receive a discount when placing a housekeeper, house manger, nanny or personal assistant.  Those families hiring more than one caregiver will received a discount on the placement fees.

All About Nannies offers a back up service if your nanny is ill. Just call the agency and we will replace your nanny for one to three days. No agency fees will apply.

All About Nannies offers a replacement nanny when your nanny is on her yearly vacation. Sitter fees will be applied at a 20% discount.

Nannies Hourly’s

The nanny’s hourly fee is calculated by her experience. The agency owner evaluates each nanny and an hourly is applied. You decide what you can afford to pay your nanny and we look for qualified nanny candidates in your price range. The average pay range for a nanny in the Phoenix and surrounding areas is $12 to $16 per hour. House managers, housekeepers, newborn care providers and personal assistants range from $16 to $25 per hour.
